Spiritual Care

Carney is committed to caring for the whole person: body, mind, and spirit. The staff of interdenominational and certified chaplains are available to assist you in drawing upon and deepening your emotional, spiritual and religious resources as you cope with your illness or crisis. Through spiritual support, counseling, and prayer, we minister to patients, families and staff to bring comfort, to ease fears, and to offer spiritual companionship in times of stress.

If you would like a visit from a chaplain, spiritual care counselor, or a representative of your own faith community, please ask the nurse to contact the spiritual care office.
